There are 5 electric fenced paddocks with lots of green pasture all year round, a fenced enclosure for your cats and dogs and parking for horse floats and boats.

Enjoy a relaxing walk along the beach or a beverage on the decking and enjoy the views of Mt Clay.

Layout

House has 3 bedrooms with 1 QB and 3 Singles. Kitchen/living area is open plan with a spacious feel. There is a large decking area around the house with a bbq and out door setting.

The house is powered by solar, with a gas stove and hot water, sea breeze for cooling and a wood heater for heating during the winter. The water supplied by the heavens and a bore.

All decor is clean and fresh and all linen is supplies

Prices

The house can be rented for a night, two nights etc, a week or a month or two. Prices range from $120 per night-$750 a week depending on month.
